Subscription and Additional Purchases Terms

By purchasing a paid subscription and(or) related purchases on the Website, you acknowledge and agree to these Subscription and Additional Purchases Terms, the Terms of Use and End User License Agreement. If you access to and use of the Website and(or) provide any email to us we will use your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
I. SUBSCRIPTION
"Nutrinaut - Calorie Tracker" software application (the “App”) is
provided by EBASH GROUP FZE LLC (“we,” “us” or “our”) on a free basis. Once
you download the App, you will have access to its basic features.
Access to some services and/or additional features within the App
(“Premium options”) requires paid subscription. The
full list of paid subscription options and pricing are provided on
web pages available at links with domain name “nutrivisor.io” (the “Website“). You can choose different subscription options.
Prices for different subscription options are indicated in the
Information section on the Website. All prices for subscription
options are subject to change without notice. Prices are in U.S.
dollars and may vary in countries other than the U.S. You will have
all the necessary information about your subscription plan and
duration of the free trial period, if provided, on the Website
before the purchase.
Your subscription will be automatically renewed within 24 hours
before the current subscription ends. Please see Section V.
CANCELLATION to understand how to cancel your subscription to
prevent unwanted charges.
Subscription with a free trial period, if provided, will
automatically renew to a paid subscription unless you cancel your
subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial
period. Please see Section III. FREE TRIAL for more details.
II. ADDITIONAL PURCHASES
You also have the option to make
additional purchases besides the subscription,
including guides, articles and other digital goods (the “additional
purchases”). Upon purchasing these digital content, you are granted
a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and
use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes (see more in
the
Terms of Use and End User License Agreement).
Digital goods, including guides and other works, will be delivered
to the email address provided at the time of purchase within a
reasonable timeframe. We are not responsible for delivery failures
due to incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or physical
addresses provided by the purchaser. It is your responsibility to
ensure that the email address provided is correct and capable of
receiving digital content.
Key information about these purchases is available on the Website’s
purchase page. We strive to provide accurate descriptions of all
additional purchases available on the Website. However, we do not
warrant that such descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable,
current, or error-free.
Additional purchases, including guides and other works, are subject
to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or
discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice.
All prices for additional purchases are listed on the Website and
are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the
price in effect at the time the order is placed.
III. FREE TRIAL
You may have an opportunity to try Premium subscription options
during the free trial period as provided on the signup screen, if
offered on the Website. After the free trial period expires an
auto-renewing subscription period will start on a regular basis.
Please mind that you will be charged automatically unless you
cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the
free trial period.
When you cancel your subscription you will still have access to the
basic features of the App.
IV. PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay for your subscription and(or) additional purchases on
the Website through debit or credit card or PayPal (if available on
the Website).
Payment will be charged to the payment method you provided at the
time of purchase or after the end of the trial period. You authorize
us to charge the applicable subscription and/or additional purchase
fees to the payment method you have chosen. You agree to provide
accurate and complete billing information and to promptly update
this information if necessary.
Please note that we or our third-party payment providers may
charge a temporary verification fee in the amount of $0,50 to make
sure that your banking card is valid.
Any such fee will be automatically credited back to your account.
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our
acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our
offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order
at any time after receipt. We reserve the right to cancel any order
if we believe there is an error, fraud, or unauthorized or illegal
activity associated with the order.
V. CANCELLATION
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. Subscription is managed by you. Please note that removing the App from your device does not deactivate your subscription.
Your subscription will be automatically renewed within 24 hours before the current subscription ends. You may cancel the automatically renew your subscription by contacting us via our “Contact Us” form available on the Website or through Manage Subscription section using the link in the confirmation email you received after completing the paid subscription purchase. Please be sure to do so at least 24 hours before the current subscription ends to prevent unwanted charges. Note that if you have purchased the subscription on the Webpage, you will not be able to control it through the Apple App Store.

VI. REFUNDS
Please note that, generally, all purchases are final and nonrefundable. There are no refunds or credits for partially used periods, except to the extent required by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
If you are eligible for a refund for any other purchase, please contact us via our “Contact Us” form available on the Website or via email at support@nutrivisor.io and give us a notice including the email address or telephone number associated with your account. Please note that we may ask you to provide us with some additional information if it is necessary for us to proceed with your request.
Note that if you have purchased a subscription on the App Store you will have to request a refund directly from Apple. To request a refund in this case, follow these instructions from the Apple support page.
We provide refunds at our own discretion, subject to applicable laws and our internal policies. Refunds will be issued if we find the request acceptable. Please note that if we do issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.

VII. CHARGEBACKS/DISPUTES
If, at any time, you initiate a chargeback or otherwise reverse any
payment of applicable subscription fees in your account, we may
disable or terminate your account immediately at our sole discretion
for the breach of your payment obligations hereunder.
We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback received, including
by providing the relevant financial institution with any information
proving that the payment in question was authorized by the user
responsible for such chargeback.
VIII. CHANGES
We reserve the right to modify, terminate or otherwise amend our offered subscription plans at any time. We will give you reasonable notice of any such changes by posting them on or through the App and/or by sending you an email notification, or in other prominent ways. If you do not wish to pay the new fees, you can cancel the applicable subscription prior to the change going into effect.
